This includes, but is not limited to, professional photography, staging consulting, traditional advertising, digital marketing, website, social media strategy, open house strategy, direct mail and community approach, and Teles cross marketing.

  • We bring understanding and empathy to the table. Personally, we have bought a total of 8 properties, and sold a total of 6. We know the full range of emotions that buyers and sellers experience, and can help set the emotional expectations.

  • Our entire family is committed to making the communities we serve a great place to live. Some of the organizations we are involved in include National Charity League, Pasadena,  Hillsides, Union Station, Foothill Family Services, La Casa de San Gabriel, The Huntington Art Gallery, Free Arts for Kids, Huntington Hospital, Ability First and SEF.

  • With 4 children, we have been/are involved with many schools in the area - St. Philip the Apostle, Coolidge Elementary, Jefferson Middle School, Sts Felicitas and Perpetua, Gabrielino HS, Immaculate Heart HS, and Loyola HS.

  • Ray has volunteered his time and shown his commitment to  the Realtor community by serving as: Past President of the Pasadena/ San Marino Assoc. of Realtors; Pasadena Foothills Assoc. "Realtor Salesperson of the Year" award 1997; State Director of the California Assoc. of Realtors & Region 13; Chairman of the Risk Management Committee at C.A.R.
